Who operates this website
This website is operated under the Varestaq name by an independent sourcing business based in China. Privacy and data requests can be sent to yuchen@varestaq.com.
What the RFQ form collects
Your name, company, work email, country, product reference, quantity, project description, optional price and delivery targets, and any attachments you choose to provide.
Why we use this information
We use submitted information to review your sourcing request, clarify requirements, identify potentially suitable manufacturing or inspection partners, prepare quotations or comparisons, and communicate with you about the project.
Suppliers and service providers
Project information may be shared with relevant manufacturing, inspection, hosting or form-delivery service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or support your request. Avoid submitting trade secrets or highly sensitive information unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements are already in place.
Retention and your requests
RFQ information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and manage the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact yuchen@varestaq.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirements that apply.
Analytics and verification
This site may use Vercel-hosted analytics or performance tooling to understand technical usage and site reliability. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it may process technical information to help verify form submissions. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
