Replacement sourcing is different from ordinary catalog sourcing. A part that looks similar can still fail because of dimensions, interfaces, material, finish or assembly requirements.

Compare base material, plating, coating, color and visible finish requirements rather than relying on appearance alone.
Validation before scale
Use a sample or prototype to confirm fit and visible deviations before treating an alternative as a validated replacement.

- Clear photos showing interfaces and mounting points
- Material or finish reference
- Required quantity and expected repeat demand
If the original specification is incomplete, we can still identify what needs to be measured or confirmed before supplier comparison and sampling.
